There is a lot of family history to be documented and months of planning out the details in preparation for so many special moments.
The moments from your wedding day are a part of your own family legacy. It is my hope that your photos will live in your home in frames and serve as a constant reminder of the life and love that you have created together.

MY WHY
In 2010 I was a sophomore in college and my grandma was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I spent a lot of time with her as her cancer took over and her health became worse. On one occasion I brought a camera along with me to her house. She was no longer able to communicate. I talked to her, showed her my new camera and when I did my grandpa leaned over and gave her a kiss.
She smiled.
She was with us.
And I captured it on camera.
That was the the last time I ever saw her smile, she passed away 4 days later.
That is why I take photos. I take them so that you can remember the fleeting moments, the real moments, the joyful moments and everything in between so that those moments can last forever.
A wedding day can feel just like this -fleeting moments- gone in a blink of the eye. That is where my job comes in.. To preserve these moments in your history so that these moments are not gone forever, but forever here to stay.

MY PROCESS
My first taste of weddings was in Spring 2014 when I was about to graduate with my Bachelor of Fine Arts and interned with a wedding photographer. I applied with the qualifications. “I watch ‘Say Yes to the Dress!’ Pick me!” Well, somehow that worked, and I am so glad that it did because it changed my life and now I am so grateful that I have this opportunity.
With 5 years of photographing weddings I am experienced in all of the technical and unplanned situations that may arise on your wedding day.
From the small moments, like your grandparents holding hands as they pray during the ceremony, to the big ones, like your partner's face as you promise each other forever, your wedding day, should be captured and documented artfully.
As a newlywed I know how quickly your wedding day goes by and the significance of these photos. They are heirlooms that you will cherish for years to come.
FAQ
I only take a limited number of weddings per year so the sooner the better in reserving the wedding date you have selected! Ideally, 8-12 months in advance.
No date is booked until a signed contract and retainer are received.

I do not limit the photos that I deliver from your day- after all they are yours! However I do reserve the right to deliver only images that best represent your day and my style. I will curate your gallery so that it is perfect and will exclude duplicates, blurry photos, and undesirable expressions.
You can expect to receive approximately 60+ photos per hour.

I deliver sneak peaks within a week of your wedding day! The remainder of your gallery typically takes 6-8 weeks to be delivered (Of course, I try to deliver much quicker!)
I spend countless hours on post processing for every wedding perfecting your gallery.

Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery. The photos are un-watermarked and you can share the link with your family and friends!
You can download photos and order prints from within the gallery. I recommend this option to have your photos printed from a professional printer so that the colors are accurate but you will receive a print release if you choose to print elsewhere.
